Charming Original Lake Norman Cabin in Great Location - Come relax and enjoy!

If you are looking for the true lake living experience on a budget - this 864 square foot cabins offers everything you could need for a great vacation. The location is fantastic nestled in the heart of multi-million dollar homes and properties. It's almost hard to believe this little gem still exist here.

The private yard is populated with large trees and offers a big natural sandy beach with big cove/island views. The cabin itself has a really neat old stone fireplace, comfortable furniture & beds, and clean. It is well stocked with free coffee, spices, cooking utensils, linens, towels and everything you might need.

There are TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room with Netflix and to YouTube TV to enjoy High Speed WiFi for your other devices.

Enjoy your complimentary morning coffee in the large screen room or the deck watching the ducks, geese and the occasional herd of deer. Although tempting, we ask you please Do Not feed any of them :)

At lunch time fire up the Gas Weber BBQ grill or the charcoal grill to cook your favorite foods. The Horseshoe pits and corn hole games will keep you entertained when you are tired of swimming in the lake.

The Private dock offers a seating area and a jetski port available for your use if you rent or bring your own PWC. Great fishing here also with rods and tackle provided for your use. 3 kayak with one being a double for your use and a paddle board.

This will be a clean environment for you to come enjoy the lake. Rest Assured! We also offer a very relaxed cancellation policy.

If you want lake front, large private yard and huge beach area this is your spot. The screen in porch added another room to enjoy the view of the lake. The cabin offers old charm character feel. Are stay was everything we could hsve wished for, quiet, clean and right on the lake. Nothing was to far away as far as food or entertainment. We had a great time spending 2 nights at the cozy cabin. It was so relaxing and peaceful , we were greeted by unexpected visitors a herd of dear around the property which is very cool experience! We caught a lot of cat fish and enjoyed kayaking around the lake! The host is very responsive to questions and very informative , the property has everything we needed from kayaks, paddle board, water tubes, even complementary coffee and wine! We were happy with pur stay and definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have a cozy experience!!

This was our 3rd time staying at this lovely lakeside cabin. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the lake. We did more cooking than usual this time and the kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. The convenience of kayaks at the house makes it convenient to hop on the lake whenever the mood strikes. Great view of the sunset from the dock. Wonderful host! We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cozy Cabin! We kayaked everyday, cooked on the grill, enjoyed the dock and had a fire in the fire pit every evening! Stunning sunsets, so peaceful and we had gorgeous weather all week! This is our second stay at this property and we can’t wait for next year to visit again! Scott is a wonderful host, we just couldn’t ask for better communication!

Stellar host! Easy communication with quick response. Scott was very patient in answering questions. The location is fantastic and the cabin was well equipped. Sitting on the dock was my happy place and I enjoyed hours spent there. I deducted one star because my friend and I both found seating in the living area and on the porch to be very uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful time at the cozy cabin. The attention to detail, even adding a birthday welcome since we were there for my husband's birthday was so appreciated. Everything was clean and organized. We enjoyed grilling each night, fishing and being on the private beach during the days. Gorgeous views. We would absolutely stay here again! The location and coziness of this cabin was top-notch. The welcome basket and coffee bar was also a nice unexpected bonus. Our family of 5 had a wonderful week. Having the beach, dock and water toys made the outdoor experience just perfect. We spent most of our week outside. The only issue we had were ants around the kitchen sink/counter but aside from being a little annoying, it wasnt that big of a deal. We would definitely come back again.

perfect laidback lake retreat

This lakefront cabin has it all. It's thoughtfully stocked with virtually everything you need to be comfortable. It's a perfect spot to be as active - or inactive - as you like. There are kayaks and fishing gear and it's not far to restaurants and shopping, or you can veg out at your choice of serene spots. There's the great porch, the deck, chaises on the beach (yes, beach), the dock or comfy beds for an afternoon nap. If you're looking for a classic lake cabin like you remember from your childhood, yet well equipped for modern living and situated in an ideal waterfront setting, this is it.

What a wonderful place! The cozy cabin is everything we expected and more. Scott’s southern hospitality is unsurpassed. He even bought a recliner for my 87 year old father in law to sleep in as he cannot lay horizontal, making his trip so memorable. We will definitely be back!

We were looking for a lakefront vacation spot near our daughter and other family who live in around the Charlotte area. This was perfect! The beach, dock. kayaks and paddleboard, and outdoor area in general provided fun for all! The cozy cabin was clean and offered all the creature comforts we needed.
