The house was clean and in a great location. There are some things that could improve. There was no internet service, so we could not connect to Wi-Fi or watch cable. The dishwasher did not work, so we had to hand wash some dishes to reuse them. We also needed more trash bags and toilet paper and there was none to be found. Parking is difficult if you have multiple guests with their own cars. I would recommend carpooling. The driveway only has space for one car.

The host was helpful, the amenities were great. The location is everything you want while you’re away from home. The rooms were cozy and I was able to watch all the sports games that were on tv. A lot of times place I’ve been to don’t offer local channels or prime channels to watch your favorite sports game. It was just like being at home for me. This will be my go to home when I’m coming to Charlotte from now on

Great location with great access to expressways and airport. Unit was very clean. Unit needs some TLC as many walls were badly scuffed up. Minimum utensils, plates, etc. Third bedroom was a mattress on pallets. Small investment would yield a much better review.

Overall really good stay. When we arrived there were dirty dishes in dishwasher and damp sheets in dryer. The townhouse is near the airport, which we knew at booking but it was extremely loud during the night.

Location is great as it's really close to the airport and also easy to get downtown in around 20 minutes. The home is great and having three bedrooms and bathrooms is really helpful. Communication with the owner was great, and there are no onerous move in/move out rules. Just be clean and reasonable and respect the neighbors. So why not a 5-star rating? There's just a lot of minor things. Doors that are broken, trying to figure out which light switches work and which ones don't, and things like that just bring it down a bit. Absolutely no reason I wouldn't book this place again if we were in town, so don't take this as negative overall, but just some small things about the place that could be fixed to make it better. But it's a really good location, good setup, good rental experience, just some small things from perfect.

Nice and clean and spacious

The property is exactly like it’s advertised very clean and modern. The neighborhood is quite and I felt very safe with my children there. Tiffany was very responsive when we couldn’t find a few essentials (ie paper towels and trash bags) for the house. This property is in a great location to Publix and high-way access. Our group did an over night stay for a Carowinds trip and the setup couldn’t have been more perfect for 2 twelve year olds and a 17 year old with 2 moms. Seems everybody had their own lil space to relax in and enjoy. It was extremely nice to have 3 full bathrooms too. Will definitely stay again for sure!

Great location for visit to Carowinds!

If you are planning a trip to Carowinds, this is a great location. We could actually see the roller coasters on the main highway! Very clean and comfortable beds.

Property exactly as advertised. Very close to areas that I was in town to visit. Also close to malls and eateries that I was interested in. Very clean inside and sufficient to meet our needs. Check in/out....one of the easiest and smoothest I've ever experienced.

I’ve only booked with vbro a few times but this location was by far one of the best condos I’ve stayed at. It was beyond spacious for me & my fiancĂ©, it allowed us to feel right at home during our stay & the host communicated all throughout our stay. Not to mention it’s supper close to everything. I would love to book again!

Carowinds Stay

This rental was very convenient for our needs. It put us in the middle of everything. There were plenty of amenities in the area, which made food choices accessible for getting everyone in our party what they wanted to eat without having to compromise due to distance. The rental was clean and cozy. The property manager was very responsive to our concerns and was extremely pleasant.

Soccer Showcase Stay

We stayed at Tiffany’s condo for my son’s soccer showcase in Matthew’s. The neighborhood was so safe and friendly with many families there. We were lucky to meet Tiffany at arrival and get the key for our stay. There were a few questions when we first got there and she was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The condo was exactly like the pictures showed. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to sleep. The airport is close so you do hear the planes flying over in case you are a light sleeper. Just down the road is Publix, Walmart. And lots of eateries. For us the expressway was right down the road for us to get to Matthew’s everyday. We would stay here again if we come back to NC again next year.
