Everything was good. I love Embassy Suites and look forward to the big breakfast in the mornings. Three friends shared a hotel room, and each had enough space to spread out.

Hotel is outdated. Had to change rooms on first night because the mattress smelled like urine. Ice machine didn’t work in multiple floors and everything needs an upgrade. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property should make sure if you stay here that they just don't charge everyone 10 dollars per night for parking even though you may not have a car you drove. Not automatically charge it to your bill.

Housekeeping comes to replace towels and make the bed only if you ask. Happy hour and snacks are good and breakfast is the best.

There was blood on the inside of the comforter on one of the beds. The bellboy Gary, let the luggage cart hit my truck passenger side of the truck( left damage). The front staff had me write my own incident report on blank paper, no one has still followed up after being told the only upper management on site was a engineering supervisor and that the regular manager would not be available until that Monday. My stay was 9-26-25 to 9-28-25 ( 4800 s Tryon st, Charlotte NC). The breakfast was good, bar staff was amazing.

Hotel itself was fine, no issues with the interior or staff. However, had two employees locked work trucks broken into. Thieves drilled the locks out of the locked toolbox's.

We only ended up staying for a night, but it was lovely. The room was clean and very spacious for myself, my husband and our one year-old. The breakfast was nicely stocked and had much variety. Our baby enjoyed the oatmeal and they had an area where you could build your own omelette and have it cooked for you, wish I would’ve noticed it sooner because you don’t see that in most hotels ! Instead the french toast and self made waffles were delightful ! Overall, we will be booking again in the near future !

I only gave two stars on the staff because the cook was AMAZING and should probably be put in charge of hospitality. They were slammed and he never stopped smiling and having a good time. However the front desk staff seemed very over whelmed and it showed in how they greeted and dealt with the customers.
