Exactly as listed!

I've been duped before with pictures that didnt match what they showed BUT this was NOT the case! What you see is exactly what you got! The pictures matched exactly and it was soo worth it! It was even quiet and peaceful for being in a housing development. Close to so many restaurants and shopping choices. Great location for the avid Nascar fan. Very easy to get to most shops in an hour radius. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Pleasant stay

We stayed here over Easter weekend to see our son and family. It was a small 2 bedroom and 2 bath place that was extremely clean and had many extras. The kitchen was well equipped with supplies and the bathrooms had extra toiletries. They had a lot of board games and some toys to keep the younger ones happy. I would definitely stay again.

Weekend Trip

My family and I enjoyed this listing while visiting some friends for the weekend. The house is just off the exit and centered around multiple restaurants and activities. The owner was very responsive and allowed us to check in early which gave us longer opportunities to see our friends. If we are ever in the area again we will be staying here!

Perfect for local racetrack

Super clean & cozy house in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery store & restaurants, less than 15 minutes to racetrack in Mooresville. We’ll stay here any time we have a race weekend!

Very nice home.

This is a very nice home, very clean and comfortable. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We are seniors and the driveway was a little steep for us but otherwise it was just what we wanted.

Comfy "Home Base" When in the Area

I'm local to the area but needed a place to stay for a few days. This house is so convenient to everything in Mooresville (including Clutch Coffee!) and to the interstate. The owner communicated all of the information clearly and was very pleasant. The house is in a cul-de-sac -- easy to find and not much traffic. Upon entering the property I noticed how clean it looked (and smelled) and I continued to be pleased over my stay. Furniture is comfortable and the kitchen/bathrooms have everything you could need without feeling overly cluttered.

Nice property in quiet neighborhood

Neighborhood was tucked away but close to everything. Good space for our needs, just recommend night lights for the littles because it got too dark for their comfort. Really appreciated the kids cups/bowls/plates, made it much easier. Would recommend this property and stay again.

Nice House near Lake Norman

We stayed here as a home base for our activities on Lake Norman. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the back patio and grill but maybe next time. Definitely will stay there again.

Has a great one-night stay at this lovely home in NC. The house was very clean, beds & furniture where all comfortable, lots of plates & utensils in the kitchen and the neighborhood was quiet. Heather did a terrific job of communicating with us. Should our future travels take us through North Carolina again we would not hesitate to stay here again.

I had a great time staying at this property. It was very clean, was in a nice neighborhood and the host left a list of places to go, with everything from restaurants to kayak rentals. I would definitely stay here again!

Only God knows

We rented this place for the 12th of May. Then the fuel crisis occurred and we were not able to travel to Mooresville. The owner was a nice lady who agreed to offer us the place or another day, provided it was not booked. Well, when I called her to ask her if could stay, she never answered the phone or replied to my text message comment. Considering the situation, she could have refunded us our money or at least allowed us to stay when we needed (5 days later). So, I paid for nothing.
