Please consider the length and purpose of your trip when planning your stay with us - our essentials are provided to get your vacation started.

★ WHAT TO EXPECT: With us you’ll find unique vacation rental properties that provide a consistent, upscale `home away from home` experience. These properties are individually and privately owned. We are available to assist you during your stay for issues and emergencies. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. ★ ID VERIFICATION AND DAMAGE WAIVER/DEPOSIT REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification and a security hold of $750 (just an authorization hold like a pending transaction that disappears after checkout.) Rather not provide a deposit? No problem! As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Either one is required when completing the check-in process. Please message us with any questions. NOTE: DO NOT PURCHASE THE DAMAGE WAIVER OFFERED BY VRBO. The optional damage waiver can be purchased AFTER booking using our online check-in portal.

- No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
- If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the house/garage. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
- Quiet Hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Respect the neighbors. Complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Yes, they have our number.
