Our previous stays have always been great. However, this time we were refused valet services and told they were full only to see hotel staff valet parking other vehicles within 30 minutes of our arrival. Front desk staff would not help with this concern either, only stating that there may be parking somewhere on the structure- disappointing customer service for sure. Also, the bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I both woke up with back and neck pain. Questioning whether we will book a stay at this location in the future despite visiting Charlotte often.
