Very clean hotel and staff was polite..however the elevator needs to be upgraded. Pretty slow and one was out of service. Also the parking lot requires extra cameras for unscrupulous folks who will try to break in vehicles. I would however recommend staying here though!!!

Overall, the stay was pleasant. Two items stood out as areas of improvement: 1) the bathroom faucet in Room 412 did not operate at full flow 2) Housekeeping did not consistently service the room - despite NOT having the “not ready yet” sign on the door handle.

Very nice, big, accessible room. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and they served a good breakfast. The location in Ballantyne was centrally located and close to everything. I would highly recommend this facility!

The room was great, clean and spacious. They had great products in the bathroom and a really nice bathroom. Breakfast was just ok but its included and you really cant complain when its free! Friendly staff, great location, very clean and well-maintained. I slept like a baby! Would definitely stay again when im in the area.
