The staff member that checked us in was so helpful and polite. The hotel was clean. The staff members working breakfast were so attentive and constantly cleaning. We enjoyed it so much we booked another night and extended out stay.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ganga at the front desk got us into our room quickly even though we were a late early. The attendants at the breakfast kept the food fresh and the area clean.

The room was above and beyond what i expected. It felt like an apartment was super comfortable and clean! Gen went out of her way to ensure my stay was smooth i cannot rave enough about how welcoming and accomidating she was. The breakfast buffet was magical, i just wish it was open till a little later. The grounds had so much to offer and the on site laundry was so brilliant! I will 100% be back

Hotel location, facilities and amenities was great and met our short stay in Charlotte. The staff and service provided was excellent. Close to lot of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The room was spacious and bonus to have a kitchen. It served our purposes for a quick visit. I would definitely stay here again👍
