One of Myers Park’s very few intact mid-century modern buildings, this newest addition to The Home Collection has been thoughtfully updated with a modern kitchen and a luxurious bath. Located on prestigious Queens Road in the heart of Myers Park, this newly renovated 1BR/1BA residence sleeps two and features an ultra-comfortable king bed for an elevated boutique stay.



While the character of the mid-century apartment building has been carefully preserved, the interior of this ground-floor residence has been fully renovated. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, updated HVAC systems, and new plumbing provide modern comfort throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday living and extended stays—down to the garlic press.



The apartment is located on the ground floor in an exceptional neighborhood close to everything Charlotte has to offer. Large double-hung windows fill the space with natural light, enhanced by a bright, modern open layout.



Off-street parking for one vehicle is provided in a private lot. Additional street parking is available along the side of the building if needed.



In the living room, a comfortable sectional sofa creates the perfect place to relax and unwind. A large flat-screen TV with cable provides entertainment, while a dedicated workstation—complete with desk, monitor, and keyboard—supports business travelers and remote work. đŸ’»



The bedroom features a king-size bed with 400-thread-count linens, thick Egyptian cotton towels, a generous closet, and a flat-screen TV—offering all the comforts of home. đŸ›ïž



Wide sidewalks and towering oak trees make Myers Park ideal for walking or jogging. Within a half-mile, you’ll find a coffee shop, multiple restaurants (including Ethiopian, Thai, casual, and fine Italian), shopping, and an independent movie theater. From spring through fall, a nearby farmers market operates on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. A nearby greenway provides convenient access to Freedom Park, Dilworth, and Carolinas Medical Center. 🌳

Rental Agreement:

Guests must be 21+ to book (verified for security only)

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.





Additional information

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Unauthorized late departures may result in a $200 fee.

Optional workstation rental available with monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

We provide a starter kit of supplies, any additional supplies needed must be purchased



Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation may result in a $300 fine and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets

Dogs only (max 2). $59/per pet

All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets will incur a $120 fee/per pet.

Pet owners must provide breed.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage may result in cleaning fees of $250 plus the cost of any damages.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste around the property (waste stations are conveniently located around the property).

Any pet that continues to disrupt other guest's and their ability to relax and enjoy their stay may result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

Smoking

Absolutely no smoking.

If smoke odor or remnants are found inside, a $500 cleaning fee will apply.



Damages & Conduct
