Overnight stay for concert

We loved the location and convenience of this tiny, cute apartment to PNC music pavilion. It was clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood setting, yet close to our destination. We would recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet place to crash.

The description is a bit misleading. Although it's not totally false, it didn't include the fact that your stay would be in a garage attached to an occupied home. However, it's in a nice neighborhood & once inside, you would never know that you were in a garage. It reminded me of a studio apartment. It's very nice, cozy, & clean, the bed is super comfortable, but the couch is a tad bit uncomfortable. I didn't hear a lot of noise from the house, but I did hear some, mostly the very loud snoring, so apparently there is a bedroom above the garage. Overall, my stay was nice, but had I known in the beginning that it was an attached garage, I wouldn't have chosen it & I definitely could've lived without the snoring.

Very close to university - just mins away

Rented the place close to university where daughter going to. In safe neighborhood, nice loft apartment with nice amenities . Truthfully I do avoid stairs but all were easy to navigate once adjusted to using them. They were not high steps and there were handicaps bars in certain areas. Will definitely stay again when coming back to Charlotte !!!!

Weekend Stay

Very nice and super clean little apartment in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a solo or a couple. Better than the pictures. The couch is not the most comfortable. Everything else is perfect! Would stay here again and highly recommend it.

This is a very nice little apartment in a quiet and pretty neighborhood. Just the accommodations I needed for a weekend conference in Charlotte. Very clean with none of those perfumy air fresheners - thank you! Bed is super comfy, very high quality mattress. I'd certainly stay again if in the area.

Great place to stay

This property was great! Small and cozy. Quiet. Very clean. Nice location. Close to everything. I had to leave a night early due to family issues. Was definitely sad to go. Would definitely stay again. Did I mention.... Pictures dont do it justice. If you think it's small. Its definitely NOT! Perfect for a weekend getaway for 2. Or just a solo runaway. Its perfect

Cute place

This place is super cute! Pictures don't do justice. Owner is super friendly and the neighborhood is quite. Just to let people know the bed has a firm matress. We will definitely be back here if we come back for the races.

Great Stay, Very Clean, Easy process

This place is even nicer in person. The place is VERY clean and neatly organized. The bed is big and comfortable and there is more room than the pictures show to walk around the bed area and the overall bedding area in general. I was given my check-in instructions 2 hours before and the process to get into the property was very easy. The host was kind and I felt comfortable during my stay. I would highly recommend this stay! I would recommend this stay for a couple, a single person, or 2 friends! I felt safe during my stay and I would definitely book this location again!

Property was very clean exactly what I needed! Being from Charlotte and recently moving to Ohio this property was perfect for my stay! Grew up in the area so I was very familiar with everything around the location! Highly recommend owner was very polite and stayed in contact with me to assure my stay was perfect and it was!
