Pet friendly, though the yard was not completely fenced in, we did not have an issue with it. The communication was super fast and friendly. Everything was clean. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. The heating and the air conditioner worked great. The shower had great water pressure. The kitchen had everything needed if I were to cook it. I did not use it for that. Overall, a great place to stay.

Disappointing Property

Property is outdated. Old appliances, dish washer, kitchenware, tv, etc. Sink backed up during our stay twice and required a plumber to come fix it both times. Stove burners didn’t work properly. We could not cook. WiFi was spotty, had to reset twice causing problems with the TV. Manager did not offer a refund for the days we could not cook. Outside flood lights do not work. Live bugs in the house. Would not recommend this property.

Nice Location, Needs Updating

Perfect location for our stay to visit family - right in between both places. Nice neighborhood and pleasantly quiet. Each bathroom had a supply of hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner if you needed it.The house is older and could use some updating. One of the main issues was the electrical - trying to figure out what light switch on the wall worked what wall socket. Apparently we turned off the Wi-Fi when we turned on the light by the laundry. Wi-Fi was also a bit spotty in the evenings when we were trying to watch TV - it had to buffer multiple times.Supplies were a bit lacking. There were no kitchen or laundry cleaning supplies (dish soap, dishwasher soap, or sponge/scrubber, laundry soap - did have dryer sheets). I did reach out to the property and they sent someone to bring the supplies. Sadly, they brought more supplies for the bathrooms. We just let it go and grabbed some dishwasher soap from our family.The bedrooms were nice with lots of storage. The beds were uncomfortable.It was a very clean house in a nice neighborhood. Just needs a little updating and such.

Impression upon arrival was very poor, grass was extremely overgrown (after calling it was mowed the next day). Some things need to be updated (living room furniture), overhead light bulbs in both bathrooms were not working, shower drain in second bath was very slow resulting standing in water ankle deep when finished, only 3 wash cloths for 4 people. Carpet in master bedroom needs replaced. Dish washer does not work. Overall in need of updating and repair. Would be nice stay if issues resolved.

Convenient and clean

Older home in a quiet neighborhood very close to PNC Music Pavilion and only 3 miles away from the speedway. The property was clean and neat and had a decent yard. Negatives would be uncomfortable and limited seating in the living room, uncomfortable beds, and inadequate coffee for the size of the pot. I recommend bringing your own coffee and tall round filters. Although the ad doesn't specify the garage isn't available, it isn't.

Nice comfortable open space. Needs attention. Bedroom threshold loose and not attached to the floor. Washer didn't work. Dirty bathroom ceiling and dirty bar stool cushions. Ok communication until our arrival. Didn't return my text asking about early check in. At 9 pm on the evening before we checked out we discovered the washer didn't work. My wife texted. Discover the next morning the management replied at midnight that they would be happy to assist. Response came off as a bit disingenuous. Place could easily be a 5 with a little attention.

Quiet neighborhood

A home in a neighborhood in a college community. Exterior has been updated...interior not so much. The stove had two working eyes, one shower slow drained, and bugs showed up. The property management company stated to contact them for any issues but these issues showed up one after the other. They would have had a person there our entire stay. Not to mention the carpets and dining room chairs had stains that had not been cleaned in quite some time. A bit more polish to this home would make it so much better. The contact person has not made any further contact with me about the issues, so i can not speak to their handling of this at the time of this writing.

Close to PNC Arena

My friends and I came for a music festival, and the house was perfect. It was walking distance from the venue, which was perfect for us. The backyard is a nice place to sit and relax. The house has mini amenities including laundry soap, but some of the light switches didn’t work. The neighborhood is nice also, and there’s a lot to do in the area. I would stay here again the next time I visit.

Concert trip

We booked the place for a couple days to attend a concert they were having in town. It was very homely and pleasant, neighborhood was close to the venue which made it very convenient. They had brochures about things to do in the area which was nice so we could do some things besides the concert while we were down there. The overall experience was great and the house was great as well!

Worked for us

We were visiting for a tournament and the price and location were perfect for us. Read the description and emails before you go and you’ll be told everything. The rental company was easy to work with and responded quickly. They were also open to feedback and very helpful.
