Beautiful newly renovated downtown home

Summary:
This renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex is in the perfect downtown location for all travellers! Fully furnished with brand new soft & comfortable beds, fully stocked & bright eat-in kitchen, living room with TV, laundry room onsite (free), large furnished deck, and private driveway. Nestled among mature trees and historic homes in an old residential neighbourhood. Located within1.5 km from the waterfront, world class restaurants, craft breweries, and all of the main sights and attractions in town!

Property Details:
This home is the perfect space for couples, families, friends, and business travellers. It is a large two storey plus basement duplex unit that has been tastefully renovated and decorated for the 2019 season. The master bedroom has a brand new Queen size bed, dresser, two nightstands, mirror, and large closet. The second bedroom has a brand new double bed, dresser, nightstand, mirror, and large closet. Both bedrooms are on the second floor as well as the full size bathroom. Each bedroom as an A/C unit for those hot summer nights.

The living room is on the main floor with a new couch, a chair, and TV (Bell Fibre Op). The kitchen is down the hall and stocked with everything you need to cook and prepare meals (plus a dishwasher!). The cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash has been updated. The dining area is in the kitchen as well.

The kitchen leads you into the large back deck with patio furniture. The backyard is partially fenced in with mature trees surrounding and is a nice greenspace in the city for you to relax.

The laundry room is in the basement and has a newer washer and dryer which is free to use.

Practical and Comfy!

This place has everything you need -- well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, even a back deck and yard! The lighting in the living room could be brighter for these avid readers, but that's a small quibble. We enjoyed walking out into the town each day from this handy location and would come back here in a heartbeat.

The property was clean and a good proximity to downtown for walking and driving. The neighborhood felt safe during the day but not as much in the evening.

Perfect

Great location in walking distance to many restaurants and shops in old Charlottetown. The owner Adam was very responsive and we enjoyed meeting him. The place was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was perfect for two but also had another bedroom if you needed one. Owner gave us some great recommendations for beaches and dining.
