This luxury flat, with its 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and total surface area of 120mÂČ, is very well equipped and colourful, and can comfortably accommodate 7 people.

The décor is both Savoyard, with lots of wood, and contemporary, enhanced by bright complementary colours. Cushions, carpets and Alpine decorative elements combine to give this flat the warm, friendly atmosphere of a successful mountain holiday.

The spacious living area features a large lounge with a study area, a dining area and a slightly recessed kitchen, all with access to the large terrace with its garden furniture, offering one of the best views of ChĂątel and the valley.

Recently built, "Les Flambeaux" is located on the heights of the village of ChĂątel, within walking distance of the Super-ChĂątel ski slopes.

Located 750 metres above the centre of ChĂątel in the sunny Boude district, the residence is easily accessible by car, shuttle bus or on foot. Garage parking is available for your vehicle. By taking the side paths, you can reach the village centre in less than 10 minutes on foot, where you can enjoy the shops and all the activities on offer, including restaurants, bars, bowling, an ice rink and much more.

The bus stop for the free shuttle bus to the other ski lifts is also less than 100 metres away, so you can enjoy your stay without needing your car!

Nous avons passĂ© une tres belle semaine aux « « Flambeaux ». L’unitĂ© Ă©tait bien Ă©quipĂ©e (cuisine, salles de bain, rangements). L’accĂšs en automobile (stationnement) est difficile et Ă©troit, ce qui a Ă©tĂ© compliquĂ© pour l’arrivĂ©e. Appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able, par contre 2 chambres et la cuisine (Ă  l’arriĂšre de l’unitĂ©) ont la vue bloquĂ©e par un mur de soutien qui est situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ©.

Tres belle location avec vue magnifique

Appartement trĂšs chaleureux, trĂšs joliment dĂ©corĂ©, tres propre avec une vue magnifique sur Chatel et ses environs. Tout s’est trĂšs bien passĂ© de l’accueil au dĂ©part en passant bien entendu par le sĂ©jour en lui mĂȘme. L’appartement se trouve Ă  10 minutes environ Ă  pied du centre de Chatel par une petite route trĂšs agrĂ©able. Chambres de bonne taille avec rangement, 3 salles de bain neuves et design, un tres grand espace de vie et une belle terrasse viennent complĂ©ter l’offre. Bref, nous avons Ă©tĂ© ravis. Un garage se trouve dans l’immeuble.

Un séjour magnifique

L'appartement est spacieux, cosy, agrĂ©able et confortable. La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Il y a pas mal de jeu pour les enfants et le salon possĂšde mĂȘme un coin pour eux. L'immeuble est situĂ© dans les hauteurs de la station et offre donc une vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes. Il y a trois salles de bains, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie excellente. Nous avons Ă©galement bĂ©nĂ©ficiĂ© d'un garage en sous-sol. Les contacts avec l'agence se sont fait facilement et il y avait mĂȘme vu quelqu'un pour nous accueillir Ă  l'arrivĂ©e et nous dire aurevoir au dĂ©part. En rĂ©sumĂ©, c'est un logement idĂ©al pour des vacances Ă  ChĂątel!
