The house is on a quiet residential street, providing a calm environment, but typical neighbourhood sounds may be heard.
As mentioned, the beds are double and queen sized respectively, so it might not be very comfortable for anyone with a bigger built.
Using our guest permit system, only one parking space is available for guests (one permit provided per day).
We look forward to welcoming you for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Chatham.
Guests will have access to the entire home!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of ÂŁ300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
