The hotel is new- it is clean, has nice design, a comfy bed, and nice breakfast. My only problem might be personal…but I think others will also face this issue. We stayed there because it had a pool and hot tub. I was really looking forward to steering my dats with a swim and hot tub in the morning- that is why we chose the hotel. But for no logical reason, the pool is only open from 9am-10pm. We had to be out and about at 9am , so no morning swim, which defeated the point of being here. Since there is no “lifeguard”, and you swim at your own risk, why not let us do that at 6 or 7 am?

This, is the perfect hotel. Every business and employee should follow Drury's business model and pledge. First off, one would think that Gordon was the owner. I've never encountered a more committed employee who was as helpful, kind and professional than he at check in.. My family just got off of a 10 hour drive and Gordon could not have been more helpful and pleasent. He treated us like family! Our rooms were spotless, quiet and comfortable. The kickback at 5:30 was amazing, every employee was smiling, personable and attentive. Gordon must have trained them all!! The food and beverages were awesome with plenty of variety. The hot tub and pool were a bonus, just what the doctor ordered after a long day in a car. Breakfast was also amazing! A great hotel, l wish there were more Drury Inns around! Cant wait for our next stay!

Um the tile floor in the bathroom and by the coffee machine reallly needed a good mopping got my socks very dirty! Breakfast was yuk bbq sandwiches were k the best food was the POPCORN! wish that was available 24 hours around the clock yum! I wish drinks wouldve included bottled water and umsweet as these are my favorite and neithet was available . How about offering us mocktails ? Since we dont drink alcohol? We really felt left out on that ! On a good note loved the king suite w w two tvs; and a nice clean confortable bed ! I needed extra blankets but their wete none in the room so it was 16 f outside so i like a cool room w lots of blankets ! Extra toilet paper of better quality wouldve been nice 2! The popcorn asi said before was the highlight of my stay !
