We enjoyed our stay. The house was conveniently located just minutes from the North Shore and downtown area. The host was great and responded in a timely manner. The upstairs screened porch was great for the evenings. The house is family friendly. Although there’s no yard space for the kids to play, there is a game room with 3 arcade video games. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are a great size. The bathrooms are great! I would recommend this house for your visit to Chattanooga!I would add that if you have a disabled or elderly person in your party, this house may be a challenge. Although there is a downstairs room and restroom, the parking is on a steep slope. There’s a lot of stairs in this house.

Great house. Fun for a group of guys on a golf trip. Hot tube was clean and relaxing after a long day on teh course. Loved the garage door to the outside. We had great weather and basically had the door open at all times we were in the house. Everything was as described, but the house is builder grade, which was fine for us and our group. This appears to be a full time rental. Nothing wrong with it, just know. One Window was cracked in the living room on the wall between the hot tube outside and the living room. Couple of spider webs in corners. just needed a better cleaning. IT was clean...just didn't expect there to be dust bunnies and webs in corners in a rental. House is on step property for those that have issues with lot of stairs.

Absolutely gorgeous home; spotlessly clean; very spacious, great location for any Chattanooge/North Georgia activities, and fun for all ages. The hot tub and little outdoor area were wonderful (bring a few extra outdoor chairs if you're going to hang out and grill). All of the bathrooms were amazing. The screened back porch with the TV was a cool place to hang out and the main floor bedroom with the bunks was spectacular. Three arcade style video games, foosball, poker and bumper pool. Kitchen was fantastic...and yes, there is a crock pot (lol...the owner said there wasn't one - but there was!); the Keurig did not work...tried plugging it in to many different outlets - so maybe bring normal coffee if you like coffee!Only slight negatives (which would not stop me from staying again), but were not mentioned in the listing: there was a porta potty right in the front of the house where they are building a new home next door; the driveway is extremely steep; and the hand rails going to the side door are very wobbly. My daughters mentioned that the mattresses on the top floor were "very soft"...and they prefer a firm bed; and the pillows were possibly down pillows and one of the husbands was allergic to down...so maybe bring own pillows if that was the case.

I would like to address many issues. When we got there the house was filthy. Nothing had been dusted,swept,I even had to re wash clean dishes. We had to sweep the entire first floor. There was a bowl still under the sofa with popcorn kernels....The kitchen garbage full of the last person's trash.The hot tub was filthy, three of us cleaned it for almost an hour before we could used it.I had to clean my shower before I used it.My niece's bed needed to be washed as soon as we got there so she could rest.The property lists a covered front porch, where is it? No covered front porch.The property lists a fully stocked kitchen. No oil,no spices,not even salt or pepper.We planned on eating in and didn't bring what we needed because the property was listed with a stocked kitchen.The construction is new,and rushed. The wooden railings on the front porch leading inside the house,and the railing on the outside porch leading into the backyard are not stable. If someone really needed to support themselves,they could surely have an accident.The grill was disgusting. We had to clean it before we used it as well.The property listed high speed Internet. It was not. It was another disappointment. The picture of the listing shows a considerable backyard space. It shows a back yard. Nothing in the listing clarified that there is construction. There's a fence up now,and the entire back porch was closed off,no hot tub,no grill, 8 unhappy kids.

The guys were out working from before 9am until almost 2p.m.
