I had a little hiccup with my reservation. I was asked to speak to the manager before checking out. He was so nice and apologized for the error and adjusted the rate for my 2 night stay. Staff were all very friendly. Would stay there again.

Hotel has posted quiet hours after 10 PM and at midnight I had already called the front desk twice to complain about the noise at the pool which was supposed to close at 10 and in the hallway on the third floor and the fourth floor so loud we could not sleep

The property says 24 hour check in but maybe call ahead if you are going to be coming after 2am. We got out of a concert late and drove to this hotel and got there right after they did their room count reset and said that we would have to pay again bc the system thinks it’s the following day. But we could not book for the following day bc check in is at 4pm. It was all situated and we were able to stay but it was not a smooth check in. The rooms were nice and the beds were really comfortable. Would recommend if you checked in at a normal time.
