Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath historic home nestled in the heart of St. Elmo, Chattanooga's most picturesque and vibrant neighborhood. Steeped in history and character, our home offers a unique blend of vintage elegance and modern comfort, promising you a memorable stay that captures the essence of this beloved community. Located within close proximity to Downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain this is the perfect location for exploring all Chattanooga has to offer!

Step inside and be transported to a bygone era, where original hardwood floors, exposed brick accents, and period details create an ambiance of warmth and nostalgia. The living room, bathed in natural light, invites you to relax on the plush sofas while enjoying a good book or sharing stories with loved ones.

The fully equipped kitchen pays homage to the past with its retro aesthetic, while offering all the conveniences of the present – perfect for whipping up a home-cooked meal or savoring your morning coffee. Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining area beckons with its antique table, providing an intimate setting for memorable meals.

Two thoughtfully curated bedrooms offer a restful retreat after a day of exploring. The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed adorned with soft linens, and the second bedroom features an additional twin bed that is perfect for friends or family traveling together. A vintage-inspired bathroom exudes charm and provides all the necessary amenities for your stay.

We only ask that you treat our home with the same respect as you would your own.

Pets are allowed with a 2 dog max and a non-refundable pet fee. Please do not let your pets on the beds or sofas. All pet waste should be picked up from the yard and properly disposed of. We understand that accidents happen, but please clean up after your pet. Additional fees will be assessed for damage caused by pets.

Additionally, smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home. If you smoke please do so outside and away from the doors. All cigarette butts should be picked up and disposed of properly. Evidence of smoking (of any substance) inside the home or cigarette butts littering the yard WILL result in additional charges. There is an immediate charge of $500 if evidence of smoke inside the home is present plus any additional costs of remediation.

CHECK IN:
Check in time is anytime after 3pm. I will send you a door code a few days prior to your arrival.

PARKING:
The driveway can accommodate two vehicles. Please know the driveway is shared with the neighbors so please do not block the shared part of the driveway. You will pull in and pull to the left.


HOUSE RULES:
Please treat our home with the same respect that you do your own.
Please respect a courtesy quiet hour of 9pm for our neighbors.
Only guests who are on the original booking should stay overnight.
This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke please do so outside and away from the house. Any evidence of smoking of any substance inside the home will result in an immediate $500 fee PLUS the cost of remediation.

CHECK OUT:
Check out time is 10am.

We will take care of cleaning, however we do ask you do the following:
Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start them
Place any trash or recycling in the appropriate trash cans outside

We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.

NOTE: Any damages to the home will result in additional charges.

Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.
