It was a perfect stay especially for an overnight lay over., it's a bit pricey compared to other hotel, but it is worth it., the hotel has free shuttle service to and from the airport, a free shuttle service to Tung Chung-we got the chance to shop and dine, and we took the tram going to the Ngong Ping Village.The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel room is pristine.The best of Marriot=)

Everything was amazing. We arrived very late and they were quick to get us set up in our room and even brought extra toiletries for our youngest child including a robe and slippers her size. They offered a free shuttle to the local shopping centres and were very helpful with providing suggestions on how to spend our time

Good and clean property with good breakfast. While hotel is close to airport, it is not walkable. Dining option in the hotel are limited and not exactly cheap. However, complementary shuttle service to/from airport is convenient. Lastly, if you are a family with kids, the double beds are not exactly comfortable for 2.

Lots of staff and all were very kind and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport was fantastic and the room itself was luxurious. Great place for a day layover. Easily assessable to the train into Hong Kong, too.

The best thing about this hotel is the shuttle bus. The check-in was cold, distant and disconnected. A receptionist who did not engage, I had to ask that an authorisation of my card be taken so I culd charge back, I was only told where and when breakfast was served across the entire hotel facilities and needed to ask about the gym and the shuttle to return to the airport. I ordered room service, when I opened the door the employee thurst the bill for me to sign into my hands, then took the tray from a trolley that belongs in stewarding and should not be guest facing. The tray was placed on the table in the room, nothing was prepared and she left. Then to cap everything off, in the morning when I left, the lifts all defaulted to the ground floor, this would be find if the lobby was on the ground floor, where in fact it is level one. I along with another 10 guests ended up stuck and could not get back to the lobby until I made my way to the ballroom and took a lift to the entrance floor and walked across the driveway. I told this to the receptionist who informed me "He would tell his manager". His manager? How about engineering because your lifts are not working and security to guide people to their desired destination? I am a Bonvoy Gold member and whilst I booked through Hotels.com, this simply is not good enough from a Marriott on top of the lack of recongition.
