My family and I really enjoyed staying in this house. We stayed for a winter trip. It was very clean and very cozy. This house was very stocked up on essentials.

This home was perfect for a weekend getaway! The property was well maintained and clean. The couch was perfect for all 6 people to lounge and watch a movie together. The pool was great! Plenty of room to swim around, show of tricks, or just float in the many pool inflatables provided. The kitchen ws well stocked with pots and pans, plates and bowls, and utensils. While it's not located downtown, it was super easy to get there and only a 10 mintue drive. We had a wonderful time!

Great location, amazing views. Great pool, not heated, has a deep end. Lots of floaties and etc pool toys. Hot tub is okay, took a long time to warn up and some functions and buttons do not work. Stocked Pantry. Bring your own trash bags. They dont supply not but 5 bags total. Trashcans outside were overfilling and we had nowhere to put our garbage created day of check in. Called property management to notify , asking if any wild animals will get into trash at night, they told us to leave trash outside by the trashbins?? PMs didnt seem to be concerned and laughed it off. Trash was not picked up for entire stay we had of multiple nights.

PROS: Great house for entertaining, clean and nice floors in public areas, excellent large kitchen with large island with cooktop, 2 ovens, microwave, coffee pot and Keurig, pool was lovely, outstanding view and super quiet while still being a short (7 min) drive to town. Comfortable beds and high quality sheets made for good sleeping. The master had small triangular widows next to the ceiling that had no coverings so we were woken by the sun. Lots of pool towels and floats for pool fun. Comfortable house to stay inCONS:I emailed in advance of check-in to confirm the hot tub and swimming pool were clean and worked; was told that maintenance always check the pool and hot tub; the pool was great but the hot tub was not-half of the jets ("pump 2" button) were not working. The second master bedroom carpet was pretty dirty; sign by the bedroom door telling you to take off your shoes and "NO FOOD OR DRINKS"-weird for an adult rental. In the en-suite bathroom the right hand sink drained very slowly. Need more bath towels- each person had 1 towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. There was 1(one) lounge chair by the pool for a house that sleeps 8 adults. Needs umbrellas by the pool for shade. I emailed about a couple of things that were broken when we checked in and got a fast reply (good); emailed again after we found the hot tub was broken and received no reply. OVERALL: I recommend this house for adult groups of 8; all beds were K or Q.
