Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Horrible experience!

Terrible. Elevators are shut off by 9pm and the stairwells are dark and dingy. No hot water. Breakfast is served without coffee or tea. I am not going back to this place again!

Expensive...but the location matters

Not of the top range...very lethargic customer service.......do not expect the service of a 3/4 star hotel. Receptionist not adequately trained.. cannot feel the customer's needs and can concentrate only on making money for the hotel????
