Dirty, non responsive

Stayed in Dec 27-Dec 29 Woke up and found out I was sleeping with dirty pillow. Told the staff and they did not care about it. They offered me to pay for my laundry. They apologized but did not want to compensate or discount my stay. Sent an email to the property manager Krishna and spoke to housekeeping managers Amit and raj. They kept stating they are sorry but didn’t want to do anything about it. Showed the pic attd.

Overall good enough for my needs. They were surprised when I asked them to call out for massage services, which is when Inrealized they weren’t actually five star but it’s ok.
