I stayed for 16 nights and requested a late checkout which they denied. I would think for my loyalty of over two weeks they would at least accommodate me for that. The in-room safe was broken and they were unable to fix it. It's a nice hotel but the staff is not very customer friendly or accommodating.

엄청 깨끗하고 아늑해요.. 혼자 밖에서 자는거 무서워하고 맨날 불 다 켜놓고 자는 편인데 여기는 불꺼도 아늑하고 포근했어요! 출장 와서 푹 쉬다 갑니다 매일 방청소도 필요한 부분만 엄청 깨끗하게 해주시고 응대도 친절해요! 아 그리고 일층에 있는 작은 편의점? 에서 파는 계란 볶음밥 맛있어요
