Everything about this place was great. Rooms are big, breakfast is top notch. Right on the river, very relaxing. The only thing I could say as a negative is the hot tub was not hot for half my stay. But the place is great and I will stay here again!

The room was excellent as well as the view from the room of the river. Staff was excellent. We stay here on a regular basis due to location and staff. We normally stay at higher end resorts but not here. They do an excellent job.

Room keys took three tries to get one to work, no shampoo or soap in the bathroom. Room not cleaned or resupplied with coffee. No labels on the coffee for breakfast, ended up with decaf when I wanted regular. When I asked about it she said they had been waiting months for labels but apparently it never occurred to anyone that tape would work.

The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Great breakfast options as well for a family with kids. We had solid breakfast options during our stay. The staff brought extra covers for the pull out couch making the girls very comfortable overnight. The room was fully equipped with all of the bathroom amenities as well. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others who are visiting the area.

The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff was courageous and attentive. We had breakfast at the free continental breakfast and it was very good with a huge variety. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the hot tub and the beautiful river view from our balcony. Will definitely return.

Hotel was off the beaten path, but so worth it! Area around hotel is more commercial businesses & not a lot of lighting. However the views of the river & proximity to Dillsboro & Sylvia are worth it! Hotel was very clean, beds soft & shower was excellent. Staff was friendly!

I have stayed at Best Western in Dillsboro NC many many times over the years. It’s my go to place. Clean rooms, the indoor heated pool and the atmosphere are just a few of the great amenities offered. The staff always welcome my family and I as if its our second home especially the breakfast staff. The view and access to the river make it even more enjoyable especially if you have children in the summer months.
