The mattresses were sub standard, as were the pillows. The DirecTV onscreen guide was set to pacific time, not eastern where actually located. Aggravating to tell what was on when. Young desk clerk had now idea how to fix - said it was direcTV's issue. Unable to regulate refrigerator temp - everything froze. No ice machine- had to get from behind front desk.

Im not a vocal person to a persons face. I don’t like start trouble. After checking in leaving for awhile csme back dead bug on bed. There were bugs flying in lamp shades looked like fleas. I definitely will not stay there again. Wish I would have went desk to try get money back.

We chose not to eat there we’re not what I call breakfast. Fruit, bagel, instant oats, juice coffee. Carpet needs to be replaced very worn. It was clean, quiet, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous and respectful. Yes yes. I will recommend it to others, but I will also let them know that if they are expecting like most hotels have scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy, bacon sausage, hot cakes the actual will be no.

The elevator was broken when we arrived and they had given our room to another customer due to a last name similarity. This resulted me and my 8 yo daughter having to haul our bags up 4 flights of stairs. The halls smelt like weed and the beds/pillows were uncomfortable. Will more than likely not stay here again.

Maybe not the hotel if you are there to hike

The staff was really nice. The hotel was clean, and everything in my room worked. The bed was super uncomfortable is my big complaint, and I was glad I was only staying one night.
