Very nice, friendly and quiet neighborhood. Clean and cozy - with majority of amenities that made our stay comfortable. Close to all the fun destinations in and around the Chester area.
I was blown away by all the thoughtfulness this home held. It met our needs in more than one way and the neighborhood was perfect. We were perfectly situated for a great time at Lake Almanor.
This was a work trip and I was looking for a house vs staying at a hotel for two weeks. Its in a very nice neighborhood with plenty of parking space. It's so nice to have home cooked meals there are plenty of pots, pans and utensils too. The home was very clean, there is plenty of room to stretch out and everyone had thier own bed. Showers had plenty of hot water and don't worry if your forget a towel there's plenty in each bathroom. We are planning a family fishing & golf trip next spring and I would stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay at Latitude 40. We were comfortable and close (less than 1 mile) to our venue. There were a number of choices for a place to eat, as well as a nearby grocery store. There were good kitchen facilities and adequate cooking supplies. The host had provided coffee and tea choices and 2 different coffee machines (including a Keurig for both coffee and tea). And the host provided a basket with a good selection of snacks. We would consider a return visit.
