The hotel itself was good. Nice room and clean. Front desk worker was rude. Had to wait 20 minutes for him to come check us in. Son asked for towels after swimming and he told him he should have thought about that before swimming. There was no towels in the pool area. 4 people staying in a room and only 3 towels and wash clothes. Watched the front desk help hiding from people coming to check in while we sat in the lobby.

It was honestly a pretty decent stay for the night. However it seems as if they sweep into the corner and just not thoroughly. I found a whole Cheeto under the bed and all the corners had hair and one notable one had nail clippings in it. The mattress was comfy but sheets were pilling a bit, but not that way on the other bed. The breakfast was alright, kinda running out of stuff by 30 minutes before it ends. Bed frame corners were coming off. But overall despite all that, it actually was an okay stay for the price.

Check in was easy. We booked 2 nights on separate itineraries. They allowed us to keep the same room, we just had to check out and check back in. It was quick as well. No hot tub was a downer. The pool was packed with littles, i am sure the hot tub would have been also.

Every time I travel back to my Home Town of Cheyenne, this is the place I choose. I am very familiar with every area of town and I always choose this hotel because it is quiet, safe, and walking distance to Lions Park, Little America Golf Course, F.E. Warren Air Force Base, and is surrounded by neighborhoods with strict HOA's, so belive me they are also paying attention to the grounds of the Hotel. In my opinion and experience, it gives it a little extra layer of safety and security. Thank you for a comfortable stay.
