Room was very clean, junior sweet is a very nice size with a big bathroom. Staff is lovely, when I went to the airport, Anek one of their bell men helped with my very heavy bag. Would stay again. Great place.

Everything was exceptional. We arrived late in the evening and our original hotel couldn’t be found and didn’t answer our calls (booked on Agoda- never again) so I hopped on hotels.com and booked two rooms at the Centara. Front desk was so helpful and understanding and got us in and set up in upgraded rooms. The rooms are large and have everything you need and a beautiful view of the river, city and mountains. The following morning the concierge helped us book a great private tour of the Chiang Rai temples and a longneck village. Our driver Bank was kind and friendly. Just nice to be at a property where they staff is obviously happy. Will make this my second home going forward when I visit. Kudos to the GM. You’re doing a fine job.

The staff was helpful, courteous, and welcoming. Unfortunately, online the reservation said it had a free airport shuttle, but this was not correct when I arrived. Only downside. Super comfortable bed and bedding.

Nice hotel.. Quiet.. I wish there were more options for room service. The Starbucks inside the hotel is nice however I bought a muffin and it was stale.. I should mention you can have free late checkout till 2pm and if u pay 1000thb u can late check out at 5pm which is perfect if your catching a later flight

The Centara Riverside provides good value for money, excellent service and very good facilities including a great outdoor pool. The hotel is a 10-15 minute Grab ride from the action at the centre of Chiang Mai. But our tours, one out of town and the other Mama Noi cooking class provided transportation from the Hotel. This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Centara Riverside and our 3rd stay at a hotel in the Centara chain. So, yes, we recommend it highly.
