Clean, safe and quiet! Very convenient for a short stay in Chiang Mai, easy to get around and close to airport. I took off a star because the dining options were confusing - in order to have breakfast at the hotel you have to book it in advance the day before. But luckily the area around is very walkable so I found dining options elsewhere

Too many cats running around including the dining area. No closet for the closing Bathroom seat after you pass your shower, therefore always wet Very nice people helping you around

Rooms are very small and cheaply designed. Bed and pillows not great either. The building is a retrofit and not a purspose built hotel, its an awkward layout. Breakfast was good though. You can get much bigger and well designed rooms in Nimman than this. The only plus about this hotel is the rooftop bar which is a great place for sunsets and evening drinks. Pizzas are great too. The owner is a famous Thai actor which draws in the local crowds. I’d recommend to stay elsewhere such as next door The Craft Nimman and go to Yayee just for drinks.

Quaint boutique hotel.

Friendly staff who go out of their way to make you comfortable. Close to restaurants, bars, malls and the old city, yet far enough from traffic and noise.

Nice hotel close to Nimmann road, nice staff !!

Nice service, lovely decoration and easy to walk around at Nimmann road. It's suitable for slow life on holiday. More over breakfast was adorable and yummy.

Very nice boutique hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at Yayee Hotel. It's a nice little boutique hotel that is located on the quieter street of Niman. The staff there are extremely helpful and attentive! Would definitely stay with Yayee when I'm back in Chiang Mai next time.
