This holiday home was originally a farm that has transformed part of the property into a holiday home that welcomes its guests in a charming atmosphere full of flavours and traditions. DOP oil, almonds and honey are produced here, all with the unmistakable Sicilian flavour, which you can also taste on site. You can also visit oil mills and wine cellars in a nearby farm (to be enquired about and arranged locally). Here you are surrounded by trees, flowers and lawns, a spacious lawn forms a small hill on which the magnificent swimming pool is located, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view. The complex has 5 flats with private entrances and views of a wooden roof overlooking the pool. The highlight is the panoramic infinity pool, from which you can even see the sea on a clear day. The property extends over many hectares and is planted with olive trees for the production of organic oil and almonds, various fruit trees, which are available to guests in season. This is an ideal solution to spend a relaxing holiday, alternating between swimming and long bike rides. In the area, a destination for many visitors, there is an old oak tree (300 years old) under which classical music concerts take place at certain times. Here you are just a few kilometres from Chiaramonte Gulfi, with its pine forest and mountain village atmosphere, or from Comiso. For lovers of art and history, Ragusa, Modica, Scicli or the Iblee beaches are within 20 kilometres.

Second unit: the largest part with a large living room, a kitchen, a table and chairs for all guests so that you can stay together and have dinner or lunch comfortably, 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 1 bathroom and another bedroom on the first floor with sloping ceilings.

Third unit: small living room / kitchen, bathroom on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on the first floor with sloping ceilings.

Fourth unit: entrance hall, bathroom and 1 bedroom on the top floor;

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2026; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open April - end October.
