Malthouse Cottage is a beautiful, newly refurbished retreat only a twenty-minute walk away from main West Wittering beach. Malthouse Cottage has a Hottub, even on those chilly days you can take a dip in the water!

Malthouse Cottages has three bedrooms accommodating six people and sofa bed linen's can be provided in the living room to accommodate eight.

The large open plan kitchen, dining room with utility can easily accommodate a large group for dining and entertaining. During the warmer days the kitchen snug area opens up on to the decking by pulling back the beautiful bi-fold doors looking out to the large garden beyond. Malthouse Cottage is in a prime position with fields beyond making this countryside spot perfect for any West Wittering fan.

Malthouse Cottage kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to effectively self-cater during your stay. Included is a fridge, freezer, wine fridge, double oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. A washing machine and dryer is in the separate utility space.

The cosy living room is ideal in winter. With electric log fire effect burner you can cosy down while catching up on the latest series or movie on the large widescreen smart television.

Wifi is available throughout the property.

Malthouse Cottage has one beautifully designed family shower room on the ground floor; with large walk in shower, as well as a en suite shower room attached to the master bedroom on the first floor.

Parking at Malthouse Cottage is roadside, but it is very quiet and ample spaces will be available.

West Wittering is not the only location worth visiting on your doorstep. The historic cathedral city of Chichester lies just to the north including Chichester Festival Theatre, which attracts some of the world's top actors and often runs shows before they move onto London. Goodwood is a 25-minute drive. If you are visiting the famous Festival of Speed or Revival Festival, you can also catch a bus running to and from the venue at Chichester station
