Beautifuf large Villa Ideally located for your summer holiday minutes from the la barossa beach, shops and the many golf courses in and around the area.
This beautifully and well located villa has everything you require for your self catering holiday. A large fully fitted luxury kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, high level oven. The lounge is very comfortably furnished for 6 persons. For your leisure there is Spanish and English Sky TV, DVD and CD player and Internet/Wifi connection if required. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes / dressers and ceiling fans. Windows and doors have mosquito/fly screens.
The villa is enclosed by walls allowing you to enjoy the well kept gardens and pool in privacy.
There are two terraces for alfresco dining when you are not sunbathing by the pool.

Airport distance - Jerez 40 minutes, Gibraltar 1hr 15 mins, Sevilla 1hr 40 mins - Malaga 2hrs 45 mins.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY BY THE POOL THERE IS A OUTHOUSE THAT IS FOR THE OWNERS USE AND WILL BE LOCKED AT ALL TIMES

We had another very nice holiday at this villa. It was our fifth trip to La Barrossa and our second time staying at this villa. The villa is very comfortable, very private with a lovely pool and has all the comforts we need to enjoy our holiday.

Alquilamos la casa la segunda quincena de agosto, y la verdad que hemos pasado unos dĂ­as tranquilos una casa que lo reĂșne todo. A la llegada nos recibiĂł Frank y nos explicĂł un poco todo, y si tenĂ­amos cualquier duda Le preguntĂĄramos. Fue muy amable. La casa es tal y como se describe en el anuncio (incluso dirĂ­a que me sorprendiĂł para Mejor) Estaba sĂșper limpia con buena zona exterior, una piscina excepcional y las habitaciones y baños tambiĂ©n muy buenas cumplĂ­an con todo lo requerido. Se encontraba relativamente cerca de la playa (si lo que se busca es estar justo enfrente de la playa, la opciĂłn de alojamiento serĂ­a un Hotel porque son los Ășnicos que estĂĄn en primera lĂ­nea), EstĂĄ ubicada en una zona tranquila. Si tuviera que poner un pero (y no tiene nada que ver con la casa) serĂ­a que no puedes dar un paseo por los alrededores de la casa porque es todo carretera y los coches pasan con Velocidad.

Vacaciones en familia estupendas

A destacar lo limpia que estaba la casa,todo impoluto, fenomenal. Todas las habitaciones con ventilador y aire acondicionado, la piscina fenomenal. Tuvimos un problema con la televisión e internet, justo en fin de semana, pero el lunes vinieron los técnicos y lo solucionaron. No pudimos meter el coche en la casa porque la entrada tiene una entrada mala y rozan los bajos del cocje malo enentrada

July holiday near La Barossa

We had a lovely holiday in this villa. We're a family of 5 with 3 young kids. We especially loved the pool and the outdoor space of the villa. The property is gated and not over looked ensuring we'd plenty of privacy and security. Check in and out with Frank was seemless. We've visited La Barossa before and will definitely return.

Gran casa!

La casa estå realmente muy bien. Tal cual aparece en las fotos. Tiene de todo, no hemos echado de menos nada que hayamos podido necesitar. La piscina es estupenda y hay mucho espacio de césped si van con niños pequeños. La comunicación tanto con Mike como con Frank ha sido muy buena. La recomendaría 100%

Buenas vacaciones

Todo estuvo bien, desde la recepcion hasta el ultimo dia, cualquier peticion que hicimos se tuvo en cuenta y rapidamente. lo unico que deben cambiar o arreglar es la placa, de 5 fuegos solo funcionaban dos. Lo unico malo y no tiene que ver con la propiedad era la calle estrecha y con paso continuo de camiones a gran velocidad.

Disappointing and not as advertised by vrbo

Upon arrival there was no formal meet and greet. We were late arriving due to flight delay but we kept owner updated. We were met by owners sister and simply given the keys, that was it. No proper instructions left at the house on how to use TV, where local bread shop was located/ recommended restaurants etc. Only 2 bathrooms at the property whereas we booked on basis there were 3 which meant having to share which was not ideal. Booked on basis of being smoke free however one of the rooms stunk of smoke and was horrible to stay in and same room had no side tables next to the double bed as there were no sockets which meant we had to move the double bed so that it could have a light next to the bed etc. the third bedroom had no side table or light Only one sun umbrella in the pool area which was insufficient for 6 people and the wall surrounding the back area was severely cracked in numerous places and looked as though it would topple over at any given point. Pool had not been cleaned on arrival as pine needles at the bottom and water level was far too low and no chlorine tablets as the skimmers were empty and they h ad apparently run out. Consequently after a few days the water quality deteriorated and algae started to develop. Pool people had to attend over several days to fix and left the hosepipe on without telling us to turn off. Ants everywhere in the house especially the kitchen despite being cleaned. Ant mounds in the hallway and bedrooms show this was a significant issue but no treatment left to use or instructions on what to expect. The kitchen had no tea pot or egg cups. Throughoutthe property there was a lack of working lights or light fitting that only had some light bulbs working. The photos on vrbo show pool lit up at night to use but neither the pool lights or back outside lights around the pool worked so you couldn’t use the pool area in the evenings; not that the pool area was attractive as there was a large hoarding board over a large outside building which was centred in the pool area. There were no toilet roll holders or small hand towels to use and a total mismatch of other towels and there was a lack of bedding provided just empty duvet covers. Would not return to or recommend this property . There is a lack of quality throughout eg desk lamps used as bedside and lounge lamps which isn’t what you expect of a villa described as “beautiful” I would be wary about relying on descriptions provided by vrbo in the future.

Perfect house with large outdoor area

To be able to criticise this house, you will need a good eye for detail. Everything that is important is very much ok. Lots of space in the house itself, lots of space around the house, full privacy, a very large swimming pool, excellent parking space for your car, et cetera. The beds were of good quality, all necessary equipment in the kitchen (with a nice large dining table), good bathrooms and also a spacious living room. What was also very pleasant was the welcome by Frank, who together with his wife, had cleaned the house very well.

Spent one week at the villa with family. Very spacious and close to beaches, restaurants, amenities, etc. Very clean and well equipped in all front. Relax en Chiclana

Como en casa!

Hemos pasado unos días con nuestras hijas pequeñas y hemos estado de maravilla! La casa esta perfectamente ubicada en una zona tranquila y segura a tan solo 10min de la playa en coche; Es comodísima y tiene todo tipo de menaje. Estaba todo super limpio y muy bien cuidado. La piscina es increible y toda la zona que rodea la casa. Todas las camas son super confortables y en todas las estancias hay ventilador de techo y aire acondicionado. El trato con el propietario muy bueno. Repetiremos seguro.

Very comfortable but...

Property manager refused to return texts as it costs him 60 centimes per text. Didn't show up for the the return of keys. He admitted the parasols by the pool were broken because of the wind but did not replace or repair them. I could not find UK television ( which did not bother me ) nor Wi fi. We had an ant infestation in the back double bedroom and a rat in the garden at night from the surrounding fields which are litter strewn. Not the owner's fault to be fair. Despite this the villa is of high quality with a truly magnificent pool and very well located. So peaceful.

Toll ausgestattetes Haus mit sehr schönem Pool

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb geschlossener Wohnbebauung, ist aber mit Navi leicht zu finden. Der Zustand des Hauses ist sehr gepflegt, die KĂŒche ungewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Alles an KĂŒchenutensilien ist vorhanden. Die BĂ€der funktionierten einwandfrei, ebenso die Außendusche. Der große Pool wurde sehr gut sauber gehalten, das Wasser war völlig klar. Die Außenanlagen sind ebenso gut gepflegt. Auf dem GrundstĂŒck befindet sich eine ParkflĂ€che, wo zwei Fahrzeuge Platz hĂ€tten. Das Rolltor ist elektrisch mittels Fernbedienung zu öffnen. TV-Programme sind in Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Möglichkeit, auch bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung ĂŒberdacht und damit schattig auf der vorderen Terrasse sitzen zu können. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind sehr großzĂŒgig bemessen. Insgesamt also ein Haus der Spitzenklasse, nur etwas außerhalb gelegen. Ein Fahrzeug ist daher dringend notwendig.

Wunderschöner Erholungsurlaub

Es el segundo año que estamos alojados en esta casa. Es una maravilla, tranquilidad absoluta y a 10 min de la playa. Tiene un montón de menaje, toallas y productos de limpieza y condimentos para cocinar. Sin duda volveremos.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter und Personal! Jederzeit wieder!

Wir waren zu viert (2 Teenager und MĂŒtter) Ende Mai hier und haben uns extrem WohlgefĂŒhlt. Vermieter sind jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich, das Haus und der Pool sind ein Traum und perfekt ausgestattet. Man benötigt mit dem Auto nur 5 min bis zum Strand, zu Fuß ca. 25 min. Strand ist super schön und in der nebensaison sehr leer, hier kann man die Gezeiten beobachten. Zum Supermarkt sind es eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß und 5 min mit Auto. Das Haus liegt schön in einer relativ ruhigen Wohngegend. Wenn man was bemĂ€ngeln will, dann die klĂ€ffenden Hunde ringsum. Aber auch das vergisst man im Domizil.
