Incorrect Extra Charge for Teen — Please Update Policy Information I recently stayed at your property and was charged an extra person fee for my 16-year-old child. However, your website clearly states that children under 18 stay free. I booked based on this information, so I was disappointed to find an unexpected charge at check-in.
