El personal muy amable, pero hubo muchos detalles en el cuarto, por ejemplo una cucaracha en el baño, y se preguntaran, UNA cucaracha solamente, bueno para ser un hotel de tan prestigiosa cadena pues si, eso es demasiado, y también la taza del baño se undia de que era de poquisima calidad, la luz de uno de los espejos no funcionaba, una de las lámparas tenia el foco fundido, solo habia un gamcho en el closet, no habia refrigerador, solo estaba el mueble donde se supone que va, era mi 1ra vez qué visitaba ese hotel y no me quedaron ganas de volverme a quedar...

Disappointing

The service is very slow at the restaurant and other areas. I had to call several times to request the laundry service. The hotel in general, and the rooms need maintenance: old/dirty carpets, towels and tablecloths with holes. No shower gel or soap in the shower/bathtub. This is not a Sheraton quality service
