As you enter Albion, you'll find a stunning Sunroom with not only an Eating Area, but also comfy wicker furniture for relaxing. Little touches, like the unique chandeliers in this room, will absolutely delight you, and colors of Sea Glass and Sand will instantly put you into Vacation Mode. What a great place to snuggle up with a good book and enjoy a little time to yourself. As you move from room to room, you won't believe the spaciousness of this Custom Home!

The Family Room is next, with an oversized Sectional Sofa, and Flat Screen TV with Roku. A great room to stretch out and watch a movie or enjoy the Free WiFi after a day of fun and sun on the beach. The tasteful Nautical Decor, Custom Tile, and beachy white furniture throughout will sooth your soul. This huge area opens to the Dining Room with seating for 8 and whimsical lighting. Enjoy fresh Chincoteague Seafood here, or dine Al Fresco on the huge Screened Porch which lines the entire back of the home! There are several tables in the Porch with enough seating for at least 8 people, or have a Crab Feast on the Patio with Picnic Table! So many options and different spaces to spread out and explore in this incredible home.

You won't in this Custom Kitchen with Granite Countertops AND floors, high-end Stainless Appliances, and everything you could possibly need to prepare wonderful family meals! Don't feel like cooking? Two family getaway!

We stayed at this property for an extended weekend with friends. 4 adults and 5 kids under age 12 had a phenomenal time at this rental. There was PLENTY of space for eating, separate living areas for kids/adults, and the outdoor shower was a hit. One of the best we’ve rented!

Albion: A Great Place!

All rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The house was equipped with all the cooking tools and gadgets that we needed. We really enjoyed the screened-in porch that was spacious, with two tables and numerous chairs. We hope to come to this house again next year.

Wedding in Chincoteague!!

We arrived to this beautiful Home to spend a long weekend celebrating our daughter’s wedding. The home was just beautiful! Beautiful home

The house was perfect for my family just wish it would have been cleaner. We went to wipe something off the floor and the paper towel was black from the floor and it felt dirty. The overall house was spacious and conveniently located to everything.

Spacious home with everything you need

This property was super spacious and comfortable for housing our group of 5 adults and one toddler. We really enjoyed the huge screened in porch and hammock. The location was great. Close to the grocery store and everything on Main Street. The parking was ideal for 3 vehicles as well. The only downside was the cleanliness of the floors. It seemed as though the floors had been missed during the cleanup before our arrival. We all wore socks the whole week because our feet kept turning black. That’s my only complaint! Easily remedied. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Review of Spring Break House 2022

The house wasn’t as clean as what I had expected. My daughter and I finished cleaning. The sofa in the den needs replacing - very saggy in places. We needed a broom to be able to sweep daily (sand). I had issues with being able to use the express check-in. We had a problem with heat in one room and it was repaired right away. This needs to be replaced. The drawers in the bottom of the fridge need replacing - broken on the side. The house was great for our spring break. We were close to downtown . We enjoyed kite flying and feeding the ponies. All in all, I would rent the property again hoping the needed repairs were done.

Home away from home

Wonderful quiet neighborhood. Stayed with children ranging in age from 5-17 plus the grandparents. The house was well stocked with more than we could've asked for. They left maps and menus for the island, and even supplied a PS3, Wii (both with an assortment of games), books, and boardgames that helped with our one rainy day all week! Walking distance from everywhere. Very clean, and exactly as advertised online. The agency was wonderful at keeping in touch and answering questions promptly. Thanks for a wonderful week!

What a great space for a vacation

The property is large and roomy. There are multiple comfortable seating areas where our group could spread out and telework while others can make use of the leisure activities provided with the house. Included are many games, books, and outdoor actitivity sets for all ages including a Wii gaming system and games. The kitchen is also fully stocked. The screened porch is perfect.

Lovely house

We throughly enjoyed our stay in the house while in Chincoteague. It had enough room for everyone to spread out. We appreciated all the homey beach decor, wonderful ammenities, and breezy outdoor spaces. Communcation with the property manager was quick and helpful. We hope to come back soon.

Perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway!

I visited with my family (spouse, two children, in-laws and brother-in-law) in early April. This house was everything we’d hoped for and more! There was plenty of space for all of us and the extra touches were so appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair and pack-and-play for our 2 year old and our 6 year old was so excited about badminton and lawn bowling! Town was within walking distance and Assateauge island was less than a 5 minute drive away. Property managers were quick to respond and addressed all questions we had. Highly recommend this location - we will be back!

We enjoyed our time in Chincoteague as always. The property is kept fairly well. The floors could be a little cleaner. We called concerning the 1st floor shower only putting out hot water. The maintenance worker came but after running the water for awhile, he said he didn't know why the water couldn't be adjusted and left. We all used the 2nd floor bathroom for bathing because the shower downstairs was too hot. Also, we took our receipt to the office for filling the propane tank to the grill, they said they would mail us a refund. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and all the space it provided for us!

Great memories made

My husband and I took our daughter and some of her friends who all graduated this year. They got a chance to celebrate. Checking in and out was simple and it was the perfect place to make great memories.
