Kudos to the cleaning crew! The place is very clean. The lady at the breakfast buffet is very attentive. Both the rooms and hallway are well-maintained. I wish the rooms were a little wider. Overall, I'm impressed and will likely choose this place again.

Spring Break stay to see the ponies. What a lovely remodeled hotel. We had a king suite with a living area right on the water. The front desk ladies were very helpful with dining suggestions and actually cared that we had a good time. What a nice find. We would stay here again in a minute.

The staff were so kind and willing to help. They were excited to share tips with us regarding the pony round up and even stopped in the middle of the hallway to chat about their suggestions. We realized after leaving, my 10 year old daughter (and horse lover) left her prized horse souvenir. We called the next day and while they were not able to locate it, Michelle went above and beyond by going to the store for another one and mailing it to us as a replacement. I could not believe the kindness and outstanding customer service. My daughter will be so happy. Thank you for a great experience!
