As you take the exit for Marsh Island from the Causeway, you'll feel like you're pulling onto your own private island. With only a handful of homes here, you'll love the peace and quiet. All the festivities of Chincoteague Island are mere steps away, but you return to the sweet serenity that only Marsh Island offers. This tiny Island was formerly a Harbor for Commercial Fishermen that was converted to Waterfront Homes. You will experience Views that are simply stunning - 360 degrees of Waterfront Views of the Chincoteague Channel, Historic Main Street, the Bay, Marsh, and of course THE most incredible Sunsets to be found.

Sea Breeze is one of a small cluster of single family homes tucked away on Marsh Island, and the only one in this row with a small Private Dock great for crabbing. This lovely home sleeps 6 in 3 Bedrooms, and is ALL about the Views! If you are traveling with another family, or just need a bit more elbow room, you can rent Sea Breeze and it’s sister-house, Sea Glass - right next door!

One of our favorite things about this home is its multiple Living Areas - no one will ever feel crowded at Sea Breeze! As you enter the home, you’ll be welcomed by the Sitting Area with warm colors and gorgeous Hardwood Floors. A great place to curl up with a good book, or simply enjoy your morning coffee. Or slip out to the Front Screened Porch and catch glimpses of the Chincoteague Channel - be on the lookout for Pelicans!

Lining the back of Sea Breeze, you’ll find a wonderful Family Room complete with comfy furnishings, Flat Screen Streaming TV, Free WiFi, and ahhhhmazing Views of the Chincoteague Bay and Channel. Slip out back and sink into a comfy Adirondack - watch Herons, Egrets, and Eagles fish for their morning meal, or the Watermen harvesting are famous Oysters at low tide. You’ll also find a Full Size Washer and Dryer and convenient Half Bath on the 1st Floor.

Whip up some Fresh Local Seafood in the well-stocked Kitchen, and dine in the comfort of Central AC, or take a short drive to many awesome dining venues on the Island. With tons of countertop space and every gadget you could imagine, mealtime will be a breeze. And don’t forget about Happy Hour on the Waterfront Deck - the bright, colorful Adirondacks are calling your name….

Wandering upstairs, you’ll find 3 well-appointed Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. Bedroom 1 is welcoming with a comfy Queen Bed, windows to the water, warm hardwood floors, and serene colors. Just imagine waking to this View every precious Vacation day. Just down the Hall, Bedroom 2 also has a Queen Bed, and gorgeous Views of the Chincoteague Channel, on the front side of the house. A Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo is shared. The Master, Bedroom 3, is a very special place. Sink into the luxurious King Sleigh Bed, and sleep like a baby listening to the water below. There’s a little Nook facing the water that would be a perfect workspace, or just a great place to watch the sunset. There's also a Flat Screen TV! The Master Bath has a Double Vanity and Tub/Shower Combo.

Enjoy all the wonders of Chincoteague and Assateague Islands - wild ponies, hikes to the Lighthouse, or simply shell-combing, and return to your own secluded slice of paradise at Sea Breeze on Marsh Island.
