elcome to my country cottage located on a quiet lane in Chipping Norton within The Cotswolds, 15 mins to Soho Farmhouse.
Relax by the log fire in the cosy living room or entertain in the open plan kitchen-diner with country living design.
Upstairs you'll find two double bedrooms served by a large bathroom. Outside is a stunning large garden.
With countryside walks on the doorstep and pubs & restaurants a short stroll away, itâs the perfect escape for couples or friends to eat, sleep & chill!
Please note: the very steep narrow staircase is part of the cottage's historic charm, but is not suitable for babies/children under 12 or those with mobility issues.
Enter through the rear door and step into the open plan kitchen-dining-living area. The fully equipped kitchen has all modern amenities including an oven, induction hob, fridge, small air fryer and Nespresso coffee machine (please provide your own capsules).
The chic country style dining area features a large dining table comfortably seating 4 guests.
The cosy living room complete with open log fire, TV with Amazon firestick (own streaming subscriptions required) and comfy seating, offers the perfect spot to unwind after a long day exploring the area.
Beyond the kitchen is a small utility room with washing machine and dishwasher for your convenience. There is also a downstairs WC in the hallway.
Upstairs, you'll discover two generously proportioned double bedrooms, both overlooking the stunning back garden with far-reaching views of the countryside.
The master bedroom offers a double bed (4'6" x 6'3") with shelves filled with books for you to browse during your stay. There is also a wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table.
Bedroom 2 provides a comfortable double bed (4'6" x 6'3") with a chest of drawers and stunning far-reaching views of the countryside.
The bedrooms share access to the spacious stylish bathroom, with a freestanding bath and overhead shower, sink & WC (please note, there is slightly reduced headroom in the shower).
Completing the picture is a beautifully landscaped large back garden with seating for 2 on the terrace beside the cottage with additional seating for 4 and an outdoor table in a private nook, perfect for al fresco dining.
There is a small parking space directly in front of the property for one small/medium vehicle.
There are many countryside walks directly from the doorstep with Chipping Norton centre a 20 minute walk away. Soho Farmhouse is a 15 minute drive, Diddly Squat Farm Shop is 3 miles away, Daylesford Organic is 5 miles with Bicester Village Designer Outlet, Blenheim Palace & Woodstock around 25 minutes away.
The cottage is also well located in the stunning Cotswolds AONB with the charming villages of Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold just 15 minutes away.

Guests have full access to my semi-detached cottage as described.
The shed and some cupboards in the main bedroom and kitchen are locked for my private use.
There is private parking for a small/medium vehicle directly in front of the property with additional street parking at the top of the lane on Worcester Road, approx 150m away.
This is my own home when I'm not working or travelling and is located in a quiet rural neighbourhood. We therefore ask guests to please be respectful and entirely considerate of my home, personal belongings and our neighbours when staying here.
Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am, please respect these timings and please try to keep noise to a minimum at all times as most of our neighbours are also home during the day.
No smoking or vaping indoors please.

There is only parking for one small/medium vehicle in front of the property. Additional street parking is at the top of the lane on the main road, approx 150m away.
Standard check-in time is from 4pm onwards and check-out time is by 10am. We may be able to offer a later check-out or earlier check-in for an extra cost subject to availability and via prior arrangement only.
The Rayburn cooker doesn't work - it's disconnected and is there for display purposes only.
As with many older cottages, the occasional cobweb can appear despite our best efforts to clear them. If you do happen to spot any, please just let us know - weâll keep working hard to ensure the cottage is always clean and welcoming for our guests.
A small pack of logs & kindling is provided from October-March. If you wish to use the log fire more often, we suggest purchasing more for your stay.
Mid-stay cleans and/or linen changes can be organised on request for an additional charge.
Linen, towels & toiletries are provided along with a starter welcome pack including tea/coffee/sugar/milk sachets and snacks.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
