Das Objekt liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße mit losen Kanaldeckeln (enorme Lärmbelastung). Man ist Selbstversorger, allerdings steht zum Kochen nur ein Topf und eine Pfanne zur Verfügung. Es sind weder Geschirrtücher noch sonstige Reinigungsmittel vorhanden, es fehlen auch sonstige Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten. Alles muss in den Kühlschrank. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Möbel tragen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und haben Flecken. Ein Anstrich wäre auch von Nöten. Am Pool gibt es Liegen, die teilweise defekt sind. Eine Poolbar ist vorhanden, allerdings war sie während meines Aufenthalts (4 Wochen) nie geöffnet. Die Entfernung zum Meer beträgt auch keine 100 Meter, sondern ein Fußmarsch von 5 Minuten. Urlauber, die keinen großen Wert auf Luxus legen, nur ein kleines Budget haben, bzw. nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt planen wird es unter Umständen gefallen.
