從用心服務的態度就能看出酒店經營的好品質

這次雖然在Check in酒店時因系統尚無法呈現訂房的記錄與價格,在查詢上耽誤了一些時間.但經酒店譚經理與Hotel.com細心地詢問後終於圓滿解決問題,讓客戶能感受到服務的用心,我因公事需長期在重慶出差,我會以此酒店為優先考慮.
