Great spot for a night and walking distance to Christchurch Railway Station for Tranz Alpine trip. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchenette to put a simple meal together.

The room was a great size. How ever two windows had broken latches, one wouldnt even shut and the door safety chain was broken. The bed needs relacing as you can see the groves where people lie. How ever the staff were very friendly and helpful
