Excellent place to stay. We were near a lift, but the room was quiet and blackout curtains made for a very comfortable nights sleep. Really clean facilities . Staff were welcoming and friendly. Easy walk to main city centre.

Great location

Centrally located next to the Cathedral, the hotel is lovely. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had to borrow a convertor for the electric plug as I forgot mine. The hotel was walking distance to lovely restaurants and shops. We are at the hotel the first night, the food was very good, the drinks were very good from the bar. It's a short walk to the trolley station if you want to get an overview of the area. Don't miss the Botanical Park or the Art Museum, both free and.lovely!!

A noisy air con that did not seem to offer any heat made this stay not up to standard. The room was spacious and well appointed, great breakfast buffet, and obliging staff. Being in the heart of the city was a plus but I am not sure I would stay again
