Before your visit to Christchurch, consider downloading the Moov it app, an excellent resource for navigating the city's bus system conveniently. The Central City Bus exchange is a convenient 5-minute walk away and will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes.

This property does not come with an allocated car park. Should you have a vehicle there's on-street parking available in the surrounding streets.

Exclusive Use: Your group will have full access to the entire property during your stay. The host does not reside on-site.

The ground floor is a residential property with its own separate entrance, completely independent from the residential property above.

Entry: Enter the property using an easy-to-use electronic keypad.

Parking: Street parking is available outside the property with no allocated spots. Plenty of paid parking is nearby at Wilson parking areas. Please avoid parking in reserved spaces or council laneways to prevent fines or towing. Enforcement cameras are in place.

City Noise: As the property is located in the inner city, expect some urban noise, including pedestrian movement, traffic, and activity from neighboring properties.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Early check-ins and late check-outs can be arranged at an additional cost of $10 per hour, up to a maximum of 2 hours. This fee covers express cleaning and is subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
