I really enjoyed my stay at SpringHill Suites. The property was clean, modern, and well-maintained — exactly what I was hoping for. The room was comfortable and stylish, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was another big plus — it’s conveniently situated near great restaurants, shops, and other local spots, making it easy to explore the area without needing to go far. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Guest service agents rude, very nosey. Screening calls for a guest and stating it is Springhill suites company policy. No it is not it is this property only. Breakfast ran out of food every day on the weekend staff should be made aware of occupancy so they can cook plenty. Staff in the Breakfast area should be smiling and at least fake that they like their job. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Eastlake. Just based on the guest service alone. Manager Sammy Chapmin definitely didn't seem to concerned either.
