2-3 cars fit in the driveway. Neighbor MUST have private lane access at all times. Absolutely no vehicles can be on the lane in front of the property.
Additional cars will need to park at the beginning of Utopia Pl. It's up to the renter to have travel/personal liability insurance.
Quiet 9pm-9am. No fires or smoking. The responsibility for any injury or losses is on the guests. ANY Broken rules will result in removal.

Cute house in great location

Great house in a cute neighborhood close to great shops and restaurants. Stayed for 2 nights with family including 2 teens for college visits in the area. House was very clean and well equipped. Would recommend for a trip to the Cincinnati area. Great location!

Location is great! A little tough with the drive way situation but was most likely only an issue because we stayed for three months and have family in town so hard to have any visitors with cars. Otherwise, Pippin was extremely responsive and the home worked out well for our family of 4 while we looked to buy in the area. The neighbors are very nice and the street was quiet. We loved the walkability to the square!

Perfectly Positioned

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was so tastefully decorated and felt light and airy. Everything we might need during our stay seemed to have been considered. The neighborhood is charming and perfectly positioned to enjoy a short walk or drive to Hyde park and Mount Lookout Squares.

The Cutest Little House!

Adorable, clean, safe, comfortable and the perfect place to stay for 6 days! This home is an ideal little 'cottage' tucked away on a quiet street in one of the best neighborhood's in Cincinnati. The kitchen was perfect, the beds comfortable! My favorite place was the living room - so cozy! Thank you Pippin and family!

The house is beautifully updated but it retains all of its original charm! The spaces were comfortable for our family, incl teenage children. The location was on a quiet street and close walking distance to Mt Lookout square, plus a short drive to anywhere else you might want to go in Cincinnati.

Enjoyed the neighborhood. An older section of town but we'll kept. House was clean and functioned well. Pippin was pleasant to work with. My 11 year old grandson liked staying in an older house but updated well.

Fabulous house close to everything! My 3 adult daughters absolutely loved this house.

Meticulous and spacious! Couldn't get the TV to work though. Would have been nice to have basic cable/TV to watch the Thanksgiving Day parade.
