Everything was really nice, the staff was very nice, the food at the bar was excellent (the blackened salmon was wonderful), it was easy to get around the city by walking and by taking the bus, the breakfast was really good, and the room was clean.

Walkable to Reds Stadium

Breakfast was wonderful as usual. Room was fine. Just a little rough around the edges as others have noted, but clean. Walked to baseball stadium over the bridge. Great place to stay if going to a Reds or Bengals game . A 20 min walk.

Thdirty and had spiders and spider webs. The balcony is standing room only there isn’t any kind of furniture. Overall it just didn’t feel clean. When we took the kids to the pool the towel rack was empty. We were not able to get breakfast the next morning because the line was too long.

We love staying here, it's super convenient. These rooms need an update! There are so many parts to appliances missing, the carpet is stained and missing chunks of it.

Our room was spacious but a little rough around the edges. We only stayed one night so it was fine. Best free breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel! Sign in parking garage were very confusing on how to access hotel from elevator.

Not what I expected

Hotel had a very nice location. Service was poor. Was switched out of a Riverview room to a room overlooking the parking lot. I was told that the Riverview rooms were overbooked and that I would be discounted the difference between rooms. This did not occur. When entering my room, there was no bedding on the bed. All after a 30 minute wait to check in. The breakfast was good and always seemed fresh. Parking was accessible and free, which was surprising due to the location.

so disappointed we left a day early. in bad need of an update. dirty, stained sheets, hair in bathtub. NOT mine mine is short and gray - these were long and dark. breakfast was great - not good enough to stay longer, but they do have that going for them. inconvenient to get from street level to go up 4 floors to check in. the two individuals working the desk when we checked in were not friendly at all, not helpful as explaining breakfast reception times, location, breakfast times, etc. later we had reason to talk to other staff members who were great. I would not recommend this hotel - there are too many others around the same area. stay away!!
