Room was large, but the toilet set was broken. It was noisy outside. The indoor pool was ice cold and kind of dirty. They put a random charge on my credit card and couldn’t explain what it was for. No one returned my call when I asked. It took over a week to get the charge removed. The breakfast was good though.

Checked in the lady was so nice but she had bad news, the room i rented 2 beds and a couch was unavailable to people who rented from 3 party ( hotelscom) she said if i had rented thur them it would have been available, sorry about that they said a full refund or 1 bed and couch, had no choice but to take it, 4 adults, shower was awesome, breakfast was terrible cold food 2 days in a row and always out of food , no microwave but did have a fridge, kind of loud bringing by the interstate, would i stay here again. No was not worth it, this was my 1st time staying in this brand hotel and my last.

Recent reviews on this property were a little alarming. But we had a great 2 night weekend stay. Everything was excellent. Friendly staff, plenty of breakfast right up until the set ending time, very clean room. No issues!

Great stay for Kings Island fun

Everything was great. Good location for visiting Kings Island. Slept well, breakfast options were good. We stayed 2 nights and breakfast had something a little different each morning. The computer and printer available in the lobby also saved me! No complaints here.

When I checked in they said they didn’t have the room I booked for two beds and a pull out sofa. They didn’t have any available so we had to go with one less bed which wasn’t sufficient for the number of people in our party. They said it was because it was booked through a third party and they couldn’t do anything about it even though I booked weeks in advance

I’ve stayed at multiple Hyatt Place hotels due to the customer service, cleanliness of the hotel and the consistency but unfortunately this hotel did not live up to past experiences. I would first like to say that the front desk clerk that initially checked me in was amazing and for that I am definitely grateful! Checked in to a hotel in 90 plus degree weather only to find out the pool was not in service, a heads up would’ve been nice since the hotel pool was non functioning days before I arrived and was still not In service when I checked out 4 days later. I stayed in room 418 and the tv didn’t work it wasn’t until late evening the next day when maintenance was able to come take a look at it so I didn’t have a tv for a day and a half but hey who needs a tv. I stayed in room 418 and the carpet was heavily stained, spots on the ceiling and on the connecting door in the room had pencil drawings with juice splatter. House keeping did not attempt to clean the room on any of the days that I was there I had to keep going to the front desk to get clean towels and toilet paper. When you lay in the bed closest to the window and look up at the ceiling you see heavily staring black spots. The front desk clerk did offer to switch me hotel rooms but at 1 in the morning I wasn’t about to wake the kids up and try to switch rooms at that time and with complaints of other rooms not having AC and the hotel clerk offering to bring fans up I just figured I would take my chances with the room.

A clean place but that's it and that's all...smh

It all started when we arrived and the room we reserved was not available. We reserved a king size bed but they only had queen size available. Then they said that the restaurant at the hotel opens at 5p. When we arrived at 5:19p the receptionist said excuse me the restaurant doesn't open till 5p and then he looked at the clock seeing that it was actually passed 5p and said oh it is 5p, well you just going to have to wait because I am the only one working and he breathed deeply with an attitude and said what do you want? I said a hamburger, he said I think we got some in today, but I will have to check. I said never mind I will go somewhere else, and he said no I will for you, I said no thank you, I will just go somewhere else. Then I said let's go swimming, when I went to the pool there was a sign that said temporarily closed..smh

I have never ever left a negative review for a hotel until this one, I called two days in advance to assure that the pool was open. They confirmed. We get to the hotel and we are told pool is down won’t be until Tuesday when they can fix it. Breakfast was terrible. Never seen so many people waste plates of food.eggs were like rubber and ham was out of a can and tasted awful. Nothing to drink as well. Getting to the room and the rooms were good. Our family got zero sleep due to the neighbors making noise all night then at 530am kids were running in the halls. Of course they did nothing about it.

The room was visibly clean. But now I know what bed bugs are! Unenthusiastic reception desk staff who changed in the face when they heard an answer to their own question, "where are you from?". Breakfast consisted of a small, pre-made selection of about 6–7 items. The pool was cloudy, and I didn’t see anyone using the area during my stay. On a positive note, the location, adjacent to the Convention Center, is convenient, and the Third Eye Brewery, located across the street, is a definite highlight. However, for the $300 per night I paid via Expedia nearly a year in advance, I expected a much higher standard overall.

The hotel was very clean and my room immaculate. I controlled my temperature and the bed was super comfortable. I took advantage of the pool and the fitness room which I was the only person in both the pool and fitness room. I enjoyed this one day break to myself for a little R&R. Breakfast was great as well everything very fresh. The only issue I had was the pool ran out of towels to dry off with and I had to go to the front to ask for more to be brought back. Other than that my stay was amazing. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or just passing through the Cincinnati/Sharonville area.

I was disappointed in this property. The pool was dirty and cloudy, breakfast was messy/dirty at 8am and the options were minimal. The convention center attached is nice and the room was fine. I expect more from Hyatt though.
