The room was wonderful. We ate at the restaurant and the food and service was great. We valet parked and one of the attendants was rude and unprofessional. The rest were great.

I liked that they have a 24 hour store available on property. I dont like that the 24 hour store has poor service, they are very slow and the wait is long. I also didnt like that there is construction across the street which causes lots of noise early in the morning. Couldn't get a good night pf sleep.

The hotel was beautiful when you walk into the lobby. My room was clean when we walked in. It was very walkable to the Bengals stadium or the Reds stadium. We stayed for a total of two nights. Housekeeping did not come and clean our room after one night or give us clean towels. When I called to ask for clean towels they said they didn’t have any and all they had left was hand towels, but when I asked for a couple of those she hung up on me. There was no water pressure and you had two options, scalding hot or ice cold. We wanted to like the hotel because it looked good and it was clean but we won’t stay here again.

I really liked how smooth the check in was. Very attentive staff and shout-out to the valet. Room was clean and spacious. There was a construction site next to the hotel which prevented me from having a nice city view from my room but it still was a great overall experience.
