Plenty of room and good location to University of Cincinnati, which was the purpose for our stay. However, there were insufficient kitchen items-no plates, not enough silverware when the place sleeps 8, and no coffee pot. Additionally, there were no hand towels for the bathrooms. Would not stay here again.

First we were on a long vacation and booked here for use of washer and dryer. We did not have access to them, had we knew that we would have packed differently. Also no hair dryer and kitchen not supplied with even a coffee pot. Grass uncut, house not as clean as other places we have stayed! Place could use some TLC!!!

This property is very spacious. It worked for our needs for the few days we were there. We did have an issue with the lights, but The hostess took care of that promptly as well as the alarm (which wan't her fault or ours)

Working Weekend

Everything about our rental was smooth and effortless! The hostess was amazing about quick communication, and answering all my questions. The house looked exactly as pictured and had everything that we needed. Unfortunately, we spent so much time working that we really didn't get to stay in and enjoy all the luxury as much as I wish we could have, but if we come back to town for the same work event, we will definitely look to stay here again!! )

Great Stay

The experience that I had at the property was a good one. The property was spacious and met the needs of my family and I. The host provided a balance of being attentive and open to ensuring I knew they were available should I have any questions or concerns while also giving me autonomy and freedom to enjoy the space and time at the property. As I plan future trips down to Cincy where I will need multiple bedrooms this will be a place that I will look up to stay at again.
