The Space:

Inside, you’ll find a bright, contemporary space designed for relaxing between downtown adventures. The comfortable living area includes a sleeper sofa and Smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need for morning coffee, quick meals, or dinner at home.

Both private bedrooms feature queen-size beds, providing comfortable accommodations for four guests, while the sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for two. The suite also includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.



For added convenience, you’ll have an in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and access to the building’s 24-hour fitness center. Guests can also enjoy the shared game room featuring a Smart TV, video games, and board games. Paid garage and lot parking options are available nearby.

• This building is equipped with five (5) security cameras:

o (1) located at the front door and monitoring the walkway into the building,

o (2) located in the lobby and monitoring the lobby area and entry doors,

o (3) located in the hallway of the second floor and monitoring the entrances to second-floor units and the hallway,

o (4) located in the hallway of the third floor and monitoring the entrances to third-floor units and the hallway,

o (5) located in the basement area and monitoring the basement lounge and gym access door.
